5pm Q to Q

Everyone who moves set pieces should be there tomorrow, anyone else willing to help can show up as well, we could use as much as possible.

5pm Designer run through

We plan on running the show completely. I know movements of set will still be rough but we will figure it out completely when our movers and tech folk meet Saturday night at 5!

This is the final night I get to focus on you completely so give it your best even though we will have some missing again... We need to be off book and completely focused for tech week,and I need everyone there every night. I can't be getting messages that you need to miss a rehearsal the day of, it's very important that you be there.

We may not polish every single spot of each scene, but I want to at least hit parts of these for Tuesday

2pm run show.

Tomorrow we will meet at 2pm at Ashford to work on bringing in props and set pieces so if you would like to help out then you are more than welcome.

A week from today we will be doing a Q to Q, I am not requiring anyone there but I would be more comfortable if we ran transitions into different sets so if movers and backstage help could be around that would be wonderful!

Get your lines learned, this last bit of rehearsal before Thanksgiving is crucial!

5pm-9pm Rough Act I run.

I did plan to polish, but let's just run through the act tonight, I'd like to work with Scrooge a bit more tonight so parents can be ready by 8pm.

We will be in Ashford from now on and we will start to add props.

I will not be there tonight, but I feel 7:30 would be a good time to be prepared as I don't think the rehearsal will take the full time.
