INTERN UPDATE
Our 2nd Weekly Intern Meeting and our 1st Weekly Children's Performance were awesome! Here is the recap of the day:
Meeting Notes
- Interns of the week: Molly and Jessica! Thanks for making the Showboat an awesome place to work!
- Review of committees to help with intern organization (Ridiculous names = Set Up Elves, Clean Up Kings, One-Mic-ers, Log Gnomes, and Tech Hour Gurus). Thank you for starting these routines this week. Keep it up!
- Contact Sheets were distributed to help organize rides... Huzzah for car pooling!
- Tech Hour procedures this year = schedule/sign up for times and locations (talk to Kristin about Scene Shop, Costume Shop, or helping at rehearsals and office stuff. talk to the box office about ushering and helping with concessions.)
- Remember to check the blog if you have questions about the schedule. Don't ask Kristin, she'll just tell you to look at the blog :-)
- IMPORTANT NEW PROCEDURE = Push Up Policy (objective? to build strength in muscles and in responsibility)
- Late? 1 push up for each minute
- Left something lying around for someone else to clean up? 10 push ups
- Forgot to bring a prop/costume when you said you would? 10 push ups
- Cursing? 10 push ups
